Advisory Assignment

Advising the Executive Chairman and the board of a listed company on the Istanbul (Borsa) stock exchange on formulating its Green and Social Finance Framework policy as a strategic business initiative where it is voluntarily committing to construct buildings that will meet UN Sustainable Developments Goals (“SDG”) as enunciated in Agenda 2030, and the Paris Agreement. Have arranged funding option from the Svensk Eksportkredit (SEK), the Swedish Export Credit Corporation.
