Hanover Square Capital (UK) Ltd (“HSC”) is an independent regulated advisory firm based in London.

We are a small team of highly experienced professionals and we provide advice on public and private debt and equity placements, bank finance, and project and commodity finance. We also provide advice on financial investments.

We have expertise in infrastructure development, real estate, healthcare, education, and the food & agriculture sectors. We have a particular focus on sustainability and energy transition, and we are a member of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance Association (“UKSIF”).

Our client relationships are global and include large and mid-cap corporations, government and state agencies, selected institutional investors and high net worth individuals across Europe, Asia, Japan and the US.

We have a related company, Hanover Square Investments Pte. Ltd based in Singapore, which conducts sector-specific project development research and provides consulting and market research services in the Asia region.
